Ethan C. Houts
Ethan is the founder and principal of 27ONE Consulting, LLC. Ethan is a state certified general real estate appraiser and has appraised properties in 49 states with a primary focus on affordable and conventional multifamily and mixed-use property types. In addition, Ethan has appraised condominiums, office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, hospitality uses, assisted living, commercial land and a variety of special-use properties. His experience includes working for one of the leading national accounting and consulting firms in the affordable multifamily housing space where he managed a team based in the firm’s Columbus, Ohio office.
Ethan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Taylor University. Ethan holds numerous certified general real estate appraiser licenses to practice on a national basis. Ethan resides in Westerville, Ohio with his wife and four children.
